Impeachment trial against Donald Trump is going to begin in the U.S. Senate on the day Joe Biden become the President of United States. Trump is going to face the impeachment trial as a weakened leader after loosing the last presidential election as well as loosing his party’s majority in the U.S. Senate.

Still it is not easy for the Senate to impeach Donald Trump because the conviction and removal of Donald Trump would require a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate. By trying to impeach Donald Trump, Democrats are mainly intending to prevent Donald Trump from running the next presidential election once again.

Second week of January 2021, Donald Trump was impeached for a historic second time after U.S. House voted 232-197 in favour of his impeachment. Ten Republicans also joined along with Democrats and cross voted to impeach Trump. Democrats and the cross voted Republican members are off the opinion that the Donald Trump to be held accountable for the violent acts carried at the US Capitol by Trump’s loyalists soon after Donald Trump’s calls for them to “fight like hell” against the election results. During the siege, a Capitol Police officer died from injuries suffered in the riot, and police shot and killed a woman. Three other people have also been died after succumbing severe injuries.

Oath taking ceremony of the new President Joe Biden starts on 21st January 2021 at noon at the Capitol and the same day impeachment trial against Donald Trump also starts. The timeline of the trial and it’s schedule will be set by the Senate Procedures. As U.S. Authorities are now anticipating further violent acts by the Pro-Trump loyalists in future, American authorities are now beefing up their security arrangements throughout the country to avoid any further incidents in future.

At the same time differences of opinion are emerging whether to start the impeachment trial on 21st January 2021 itself. Majorities of the Democrats are off the opinion that the impeachment trial to be postponed for a further period, and the Biden government should focus on their time to focus on the new administration’s priorities and other urgent business activities of the United States.

Just after Donald trump’s controversial speech “fight like hell” against the Presidential election results and the subsequent siege of US Capitol by Trump supporters, YouTube and Twitch has already banned Trump’s accounts. Recently YouTube channel removed several videos posted by Trump and warned the users that any channel found posting false claims about the US elections three times within 90 days will be permanently removed from the platform. At the same time Twitch imposed a ban on Trump’s account until the end of his Presidential term.

Lack of seriousness in tackling Covid 19 was one of the reasons American electorates neglected Donald Trump completely and elected Democratic party leader Joe Biden with thumping majority as a President of U.S.A.
Trump’s outspoken nature against the domestic and international leaders, his unpredictable policy decisions, his untimely and wrong comments on the bilateral matters have also been immensely caused in shattering his image and integrity severely.

While trying to create “America Great Again” he has invited so many enemies in the domestic and international front. At the end of his presidential tenure, he spoiled the good relationship many international print, news and social medias. During the last presidential election campaign they were totally against him and they all utilized their media influence in favour of Joe Biden.

Donald Trump took many drastic decisions that have already been adversely affected his leadership skill and tarnished his image that are given below:-

• On 13th April 2018, Donald Trump unilaterally withdrawn United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact (TPP), marks a striking change from the free trade policies that have governed the exchange of goods for decades.
• On 8th May 2018, US President Donald Trump has announced that the United States is effectively withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal because he got a clear cut proof and evidence that Iran was secretly developing nuclear weapons.
• Donald Trump has taken a unilateral decision to leave U.S. from the World Health Organization (WHO) with effect from 6th July 2021 after accusing the WHO of becoming a puppet for China during the coronavirus pandemic.

At the same time Donald Trump fulfilled many of his electoral promises which are given below:-

• As Donald Trump has promised to the electorates, he has taken rigorous efforts in building a WALL between Mexico and the United States. This wall will be 100 feet high and no ropes will be allowed near the border. This wall will be fortified with thousands of men and women security officials with adequate ultra modern security devises. Once this wall completes, then the United States will be ble to stop all the illegal immigrants influx as well as the drugs smuggling into U.S. soil once and for all.
• As Donald Trump promised, he has de-rooted Islamic State and it’s supreme leader Abu Baker al- Baghdadi. To achieve his goal, he has sought military and other logistic help from Russia, Kurds, Sunni and many other Christian Groups and successfully crushed ISIS. from Syria and Iraq. Russia, Syria, Iran and Saudi, etc. also have done commendable job in this regard. To kill ISIS Chief Abu Baker al- Baghdadi, U.S. special forces commandos has stormed his highly fortified hideout, blew up the walls of the compound and they have forced him to kill himself by detonating a suicide bomb vested in his body while fleeing from the tunnel.
• As Donald Trump promised, on 6th December 2017, he has formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. He further stated that U.S. government would move American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. He has taken this bold decision without concerning about it’s adverse affect.

Donald Trump is a strong leader with an unapologetic attitude. At the same time he is capable of compromise. He speaks the truth and is not at all afraid of saying the truth. He has an excellent ideas when it comes to immigration reform, economic policy and foreign policy. He was always advocating the AMERICAN PEOPLE FIRST policy that most of the Americans feels it is highly and absolutely essential for them.

During his presidential tenure, Indo U.S. relationship has already reached at the new heights. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Donald Trump was keeping good relationship and the Trump regime has always been helping India diplomatically, militarily, economically and strategically as and when required.

U.S. is now India’s main strategic, military and economic partner and they are now helping India to overcome wide range diplomatic and military obstacles India has been facing internationally and specifically from China.
