Every year on 8th of March, International Women’s Day is celebrated in many part of the world to pay tribute to the women for their achievements, struggles and to encourage them to utilize their untapped potential and the opportunities ahead of them.

Women are the companion of the men and they are always keeping good mental strength to take care of their family. Women are gifted with equal mental capacity and they are seldom indulging violence in the family as well as in the society.

Women has already been proved that that can achieve much more than what men can achieve. Women has already reached on the space, mount Everest and they are mesmerizing the world with their beauty as well as their achievements in every field.

Many women such as Tsai Ing-wen, Theresa May, Sirimao Bandara Naike, Sheikh Hasina, Prathibha Patil, Megawathi Sukarnoputri, Khaleda Zia, Indira Gandhi, Golda Meir, Chandrika Kumaratunga, Benazir Bhuto, Aung San Suu Kyi, etc has already been proved their leadership qualities and many are still proving now a days.

India itself produced so many CEO’s such as Indra Nooyi, Chanda Kochhar, Sikha Sharma, Mallika Srinivasan, Roshni Nadar, Naina Lal Kidwai, Vanita Bali, Ekta Kapoor, Chitra Ramakrishna, Vanita D. Gupta, etc. and they have effectively controlled many renowned banks, multi national companies and organisation in India and across the world.

Over the years drastic progress has already been made in the world regarding the gender equality and this process has been ongoing till now. As many country’s legal system are now vehemently supporting for the gender equality, women in the society are getting motivated from the same and they are now contributing lot for their respective country.

At the same time, in many part of the world women are still not safe especially in the night where scrupulous/arrogant elements are carrying out teasing, chasing and making the undue comments on women in the public places.

In many part of the world, Women are still facing discrimination, Acid attack, Domestic Violence, Marital Rape, molestation and the girls are being treated like toys as if they are meant for entertainment and enjoyment.

Women are integral part of the world and we have to salute them for their presence for making this world for pleasant and beautiful. That is why the Men have to shower immense love, care and respect towards women from the bottom of their hearts.

A woman is like a chandelier and they are always lightens up the lives of people around her. Women are taking care of the people, creating peaceful happy environment, showering love, preparing food, making the house in an orderly manner and they are the main instrumental in giving the right direction to the growing children time to time.

Women are playing major roles such as mother, grandmother, sister, wife, girl friend, etc. They are taking excessive pain, struggle and suffering for giving the birth for the children. As they are always sacrificing for others, we have to take care of their desires and wishes and we all need to respect the women at all times.
